second last day of hols.
so fast, the hols are going to be over. and there is no more hope of extension of hols. but in any case, school is starting and we are supposed to face it, and get used to the work load coming up.
i havent done my ss pt speech and havent started on chi pt and i dont understand bio pt and i am currently ignoring geog pt.
also, im ignoring the fact that i dont understand math.
and sigh i got to practise piano more. and somehow stufy for chinese. and oh yes i have fps ><
ok i guess i have to blame myself for the undone work. procrastination should be made a crime. and i think it should be made the 8th sin.
depression is inevitable.
and i better make it a goal to connect the b div routine by a certain deadline.

TREKKING <3
ZOMG TODAY WENT TREKKING WITH SERI at the southern ridges. it was super fun!!! went on like adventure around singapore.
first we went to toa payoh interchange, and we immediately got lost there cos we dont know where to go. so seri called her friend and we took 145 to vivo city. then we got lost somemore and finally crossed the road to take the trail. the starting trail is called marang trail.
got alot of stairs, and up and up we went, and we were out of breath, and then at the top we stopped and tried to look into the binoculars there and spy on the ppl on the cable cars xD but i dint see anyone, while seri said she see ppl sitting inside. and then, what else can they do besides sitting la xD
and then we rested for a while and continued walking. then we reached the jewel box!! we were like OMG CABLE CARS!!!! LETS GO SEE!! and we went in and look and took pictures with this lego made cable car on display xDD and then we asked for the price of the ride, and like WOAH 18++ bucks. and NOO. LETS GO. and we went into the souvenir shop and the person was telling us the keychains cost 3 for 50 bucks. O.O
and then we continued walking. and reached henderson waves!! and we took lots of retarded photoes with the sign. and super funny xDD i'll upload sometime when im in the mood to transfer the photos over to the com xD and then took emo shots on the bridge xD like jumping off, etc.
afer the handerson waves we went to another trail that is like made of metal. like slope. it was going down slope. and then we walk walk walk and then reach some forest trail. and then continue walking and taking pictures and then we reach the nice part of the forest trail. some terrace garden. was quite cool =D seri say its a nice place for wedding but its kind of hot too xD
and then reached the alexandra bridge or something. and then we continued walking and reached hortpark. which was really hot (pun intended). and then we saw a room at the hort centre that looks like got aircon inside, and we went in and the air con was off.. only got fan -.- and so we came out and continued. and then we saw this sign that says DO NOT STEP BEYOND THIS LINE. and we went beyond the line xDDD haha and then we continued on our quest.
and the last bit was canopy walk. which dint have much canopy and it was hot. and then we REACHED THE END!!! but we kind of have to get out of the ulu-ness. then we walk walk and found our way to nus. and we were like WHEE BACK TO CIVILISATION. and then i said QUEST COMPLETED. 100 gold gained, and 100000 experience points gained xD
and then we walked towards the bus stop. and i was really looking forward to air con and seats and no need to walk anymore. when seri looked closer and said 'eh what day is today?' and i said 'sunday, why?' and she said 'there is no bus on sunday! look!' and she points at the part about sunday operating hours. and THERE ARE NO OPERATING BUSES!!! OOHHH NOOOO.
poof goes my thoughts about air con and sitting down to buona vista.
and then a million thoughts went through my mind. i have a few options. i can sit at the deserted bus stop and sulk and leave seri to her own devices. i can start ranting and deafen seri and scare passers-by. or i can walk with seri to the main road.
obviously the third one is the sensible option. we walked all the way to the main road and cheered when we saw a bus stop with another bus. we waited for super long for the bus, while we sang songs to cheer ourselves up. then took the bus and mrt at buona vista and went home.
isnt it a very educational journey to the southern ridges? learning journeys should be like this!! =D
NEVER GO TREKKING ON A SUNDAY. its hot (get the joke? sun = hot, sunday = very hot day), and no bus ><
